Kalai Insights provides AI video production and content marketing services. The deliverables include customized AI-generated video content based on the selected package. The standard delivery timeframe is 4-10 Days from the date of order confirmation.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display the final video deliverables for your business purposes. Kalai Insights retains the right to use the finalized works for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
You agree to provide accurate business information, logos, and required context for the video production. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Kalai Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
